The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport just outside the door. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us with recommendations and directions.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. we noticed some areas that needed more attention.

We had a lovely stay with a cozy family room that fit us all comfortably and appreciated the option to have breakfast early, which they even packed for us since we had to leave before service. The hotel also offered a nice terrace and a relaxing lounge area for downtime between outings. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a better luggage rack in the room to keep our bags organized. 😊

Breakfast hours start late, and the dining area can get overcrowded, lacking space for guests during peak hours. Some room layouts lack privacy, especially with open bathroom designs that can be uncomfortable when sharing. Additionally, noise levels from the street can be disruptive, making it tricky to catch a peaceful sleep at times.

We enjoyed our 3-night family trip despite some issues. The highlight was the warm attitude of the staff who tried their best to assist us. For a more restful stay, avoid the 6th-floor rooms during peak times, and consider an early breakfast to beat the crowds.

One downside was the noise at night. Even with the windows shut, we could hear street sounds, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. But overall, we enjoyed our trip.
